our head office. This includes 24 x 7 support to
ensure that our customers around the world enjoy
an uninterrupted service from our systems.
All airline data
is backed up on a daily basis to an off site
facility, with multiple redundancy in all areas
including hardware, communications and power
supply.
Support is
provided on various levels from implementing
bespoke modules for airlines with special
requirements to the day to day running of our
extensive system range.
When an
existing airline is migrating from another
system, interfaces are available to import all
existing booking to our systems. This is
scheduled for a suitable time to ensure a smooth
cutover between system.
Our
experienced training team is on hand at any time
to train your staff in all areas of the systems.
This may take place at our training facility in
the UK or on site at your offices.
