FQTV Accounts - Fully Integrated with Passenger Profiles
The Videcom Frequent Traveller Program is fully integrated with the passenger profile database which allows passengers to create a profile either online or through airline staff. The passenger is given a unique ID which is used as the basis for all FQTV transactions. The data stored for a traveller is shown below:
Frequent Flyer (Traveller) Back Office Module
The Frequent Flyer function in VRS is an easy to use system that can be set up to record mileage awarded to Frequent traveller members. A unique membership identification can be added to passengers bookings to record the Air Mile values for tickets used. the FQTV account is credited when the ticket is uplifted. For each city pair, there will be an associated air mile value. This represents the amount that can be earned by travelling on that flight segment.
