Videcom provides an integrated Departure Control System for use at any airport for rapid passenger and baggage check-in.

Where airlines are handled by a 3rd party or wish to use a 3rd party DCS system, Videcom provide IATA standard Passenger Name Lists to be used at check-in.

The system is configured to automatically send PNL's to all airports using a third party DCS systems. PNL's should be automatically passed into the DCS where passenger check-in may commence.

Pre-defined times are configured to ensure that the PNL are sent, either via email or TTY messages at the appropriate time prior to the flight.

ADL messages are also sent in the period up to flight close out to ensure that check-in have the very latest data from the reservation system.

Videcom also accepts post departure messages.
