Included in the back office system is an area for controlling ticket sales
offices. This includes both airline sales offices as well as travel agency sales
offices.
Each sales office is configured with information such as office name and city,
office code, billing address, sales currency and credit limit, commission as
well as a queue number which allocates bookings to that office for managing
schedule change notifications to their customers.
Invoices are then created for each account and remittance, and credit limits are
then managed by the airline as well as ticket stock allocation if required.
