Flight inventory can be input, viewed and edited by users of the system that have been given the security authorisation levels to do so. The data stored includes:

• Lists of all fare buckets - up to 12

• Class capacity controlling the number of seats allocated to each fare bucket

• Availability of seats left in each fare bucket.

• The maximum number of seats that the agent is permitted to sell.

• The maximum number of seats that the agent is allowed to sell minus the number of seats already sold.

• Cabin Class

• Total number of seats sold

• Availability threshold for automatic message alert to GDS.

Also in this area the user can set the time period before a flight, that the PNL will be automatically sent. This feature can be switched off if required.
