The Agents Screen is used to enter the individual agent details together with their access authorisations. The Search facility allows you to find agents’ details by entering some pieces of data that apply to that agent.

Depending on the duty code assigned, agents may have full or restricted access. An agents view may be restricted to only those PNRs made by his office etc.
